So, let’s discuss what we can do with this foam.

You can quilt the foam with your embroidery machine.  Simply hoop with the top fabric in your Snap Hoop Monster.  Position on your embroidery machine and stitch the quilting or allover design of your choice. The fabric then can be made into several things, like, a small clutch, handbag, small zipper bag, coasters, placemats, etc.  Construct the project and add the lining or stitch right sides together and turn.

You can also quilt the foam with both the top and bottom fabrics in your Snap Hoop Monster.  Construct the project and add binding to all the raw edges.

When hooping the foam and fabric, there is no need to use any spray adhesive or tape to secure the two pieces. The foam has a material on it that allows the fabric to stay on the foam with no slipping.

If the foam is wrinkled or folded, then just press on medium heat with your iron. The wrinkles and folds will press right out for you to use in your projects.

There are many different types of designs that will work well with the foam. Choose a design which complements the fabric and the project being made. Designs with geometrics or soft curvy lines will enhance the overall look of your project. Choose a needle according to the fabric being used in the project.

Stabilizer is not necessary if hooping the fabric and foam together.  Even if just hooping the foam and stitching on it, there is no need for stabilizer.

Sew Any Shape Foam is perfect for adding structure and shape to bags of any kind. Whether a larger bag or smaller bag, the foam allows the bag to stand instead of being slouchy, like, with batting.
