It's that time of year. Getting clothes for going back to school doesn't have to cost a fortune. Buy basic shirts and just add cute embroidery designs!
Plain t-shirts and sweatshirts get a custom look when embroidery is involved. You can even revive old favorites. Clothes that have been stained or torn can be covered up with stitching or applique for "good-as-new' condition.
For pants, just stitch on an applique and add it as a patch. Same goes for book covers, totes, and backpacks.
