Sometimes we are our own worst enemy.
If you try the password too many times and it fails, you are locked out.
If you do not read and follow the instructions, the process will not work as intended.
If you want help, contact ATG Support (click on Contact at the bottom left of any screen) and discuss any particular issues you have with the proper source.

I have downloading the design and cannot open them.
The downloads are in a zipped file. Find where you have stored the download. "Mouse" over the design you want to open. A small screen will appear. Choose "extract all".

Hi
I use a program called Extract now which is free.
http://www.extractnow.com/ The down load is at the bottom of the page.
Before you extract anything make a folder then send the files to that folder. You can extract a lot of files at once instead
of doing them one by one.

I have been able to download PES designs onto my computer, but cannot unzip them in Windows Vista. I have tried everything imaginable, but no luck so far. I have read where someone has used WinZip successfully and others who tried it and had no luck. Help !!

When I click 'download' on the free designs, I have no idea where they are stored on my computer. The message just says they are finished. It does not ask me for a file to store them in, or tell me where they are. ???

I do not understand your post. Are you asking the same question as user ahayes1490?
The answer is to first to create a folder on the PC hard drive and name it so it can be easily found - Embroidery would be one suggestion.
Then when downloading, save to that folder. You may have have to use "browse" to locate the folder (c:Embroidery).
After saving the download, open it by highlighting - a mini screen will come up on the screen and then you select open or extract.
Rename the opened file if that will make it easier to recognize. Delete the zipped download.

You need to use a program to unzip your files. Winzip is one but you do have to pay for it. A free program I use is jZip. You can find and download it here http://www.jzip.com/inde...fo3KeDm6QCFR5N5Qodgx1QGw
Best of luck to you, kt3234 Karen

What do you mean by not being accepted?
Download and save to a folder. Open the folder and highlight (move mouse cursor to the design file).
A mini screen will appear and then you select extract or open and a new design file will appear.
This is the one you send to the embroidery machine.

Locate the download.
Mouse over (highlight by moving mouse to the download).
A mini screen will appear.
Right click.
Select extract all.
Right click.
Save the new file to your embroidery folder.
The zipped file can be deleted after you have checked the opened file to be sure all when well.

Read all of the above.
If you are a member of Ann's Club and have paid your membership, all designs are available.
If you are not a current member, then you can still download the designs with the download icon beside the design.
