How does the credit work and when does it work? I have placed orders and have not recieved any credit.

Hi mjb125,
When you go through the checkout process it should tell you if you have a credit ,if you do then it gives a box to type in how much of that credit you want to use.It then will be applied to your purchase.Did you recieve any kind of promotion code ?

Hi Mary:
Judy explained very well how store credit works but I just wanted to add something .If you recieved store credit because of some promotions or returned item, we add it to only one account, the current active one.Do you see store credit and are not able to apply it ?or you do not see it at all on your account?Pleae send me your reply to support@annthegran.com with your user name\PW and I will look into your problem.
