What formats can be used with designer se?

Hi Cathy,
Your Designer SE is a Husqvarna-Viking Machine? I thought each machine had their own format...yours would be HUS I assume.
Do you have your machine manual? The manual would explain the design format reqiured for your machine. My two embroidery machines are Brother and I can only utilize PES format.
Not sure I have helped but I hope by the time you receive this, you are embroidering away!

Thank you, I did know that, I was just hopping that maybe there were other formats that I could also use. I love my machine ,but some of the designs that I would like to use are not available in HUS. It was nice of you to answer.

Do you have any software where you can convert other formats to HUS? If not you can download the Wilcom Truesizer for free and it's really easy to use. http://www.embroiderysta...r/tabid/203/Default.aspx

I have the SE and the machine converts it for you. All you have to do is load it to the machine. It will read it in the format that you load it with. That is one of the reasons I got this machine. I have all my designs in PES because I have a PR 600. I have software to convert but it is not necessary. I just put it in the machine and it sews it out. I don't use it much because I love my PR 600 but when I need it I have it.
