A Turkey that practically cooks itself

I have to admit, sometimes cooking that turkey is really a chore. I don't do it any more, but when my kids were little, I cooked turkey at least 3 times a year. The neighbors always said that they did not notice that it was Thanksgiving in April. I could do this one:
