I am trying to turn a design a quarter turn. I select all, design gets darker, with nodules on each corner and in the center of design. I can resize the design with the nodules and move up and down and sideways but no turning it. Can anyone help. Any suggestions.

Not knowing what machine you are using, I can tell you that my EM has a selection in degrees.
Have you checked the manual for your machine for how to do this?
