What is the best stablizer to use when making pencil toppers and ornaments. I would like to make some for my Sunday School class. I am thinking medum tearaway or water soluable?

You might make a sample using each type of stabilizer and see which one works the best for the design you have chosen.

Tear away would seem to be more substantial for something that will be touched or handled often, such as the pencil topper.
