Is there someone that can help me download fonts into my Alphabet Xpress Program?

Rank: Newbie Reputation:		I have the Alphabet Xpress program and on March 18, I purchased a bunch of new fonts for my program but have been unable to properly download them and can't seem to get any support from the support line. Is there someone that would be willing to help me please. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much, Nikki
