I ordered this package of designs and everything was okay until I went to download it. The order appears in the order history but does not appear in the area for downloading the designs. I keep checking to see if it will appear but it does not. It is also at the very bottom of a full page so I am wondering if that is the problem. Please help me to resolve this issue because the designs I ordered are Christmas designs and I would like to sew them. I also think my membership is due to expire so could you renew it automatically. If not, please let me know.

You have posted your dilemma on a public forum.
If your product is not in the download selection at the left of the screen for your account, then please contact customer service.
I don't think there is an auto-renewal for membership.
