Hi CatalogXpress looks fantastic and seems perfect for me as Im so unorganised with my files but how do I use this in conjunction with Embird. If I file all my designs and resize etc with CatalogXpres how do I then use my designs in embird. Im rather new to this wonderful world of embroidery and Im still trying to get my head around embird

If you are storing your design files on your hard drive, they will remain there unless you choose to save them on a cd or usb stick.
When making changes you "save as" and rename them if you want to keep the old design.
When you catalog, you establish a sub-folders and give them titles such s "children", "animals", "flowers", "Aunt Bessie's hankie" and so on.
If you already have Embird, check to be sure you are not duplicating your software with another.
