the long coat chihuahua design  has the wrong colors on the download

While it is not unusual for thread colors to be misinterpreted by machine embroidery software and visa versa, please provide more information. 

Is this a free download (these go by category and then the designer) or a purchased download (design number)?

this chihuahua was a design I paid  $14.00 for  when I downloaded it  the colors were all wrong

Guessing this is the design you are referring to - http://www.annthegran.co...px?t=1&i=10528  I see a green, orange and blue doggie! 

The actual thread colors are listed and it may be they stitch out in that order. 

The design probably looked perfect when submitted by the designer and then translated into those outrageous colors, which you can change with your embroidery machine or machine embroidery software.

This has happened to every machine embroider at least once and from a variety of sources.
