I can`t download designs. It always says: We are sorry! This free design is not downloadable. For non club members. Earlier I got everything, but know I don`t get anything. Why???

If you are not a paid up member of Ann's Club, the only files you will have access to are the ones with the download icon.
If you are a current member of Ann's Club and still are having an issue, contact ATG Support by clicking on CONTACT at the bottom left of any screen on this site.
Be sure to give the category, designer's name and a brief description of the file you cannot access.

If your Ann's Club membership is currant and you cannot download the designs that do not have a download icon, please contact ATG Support by clicking on CONTACT at the bottom left of any screen.
