When I click on design comes up not found, its in 2 places under contributer and outer space??
Got an email saying I had tobe member to download that design, I AM A MEMBER, GINGE

Which designer and a brief description of the design in question please.

I still have now heard if you found out where the design is or why it comes up as design not found when you try to download it??

One reason may be that you have to be a member of Ann's Club to download designs that do not have the download icon next to the design.
After agreeing to the Download Designs rules, the next page has this information at the top of the page -
"If you're not an Ann's Club member, search or browse for the design you want using only one of the three fields below (search, View Category, View Contributor), look for this small download icon  beside the design, and click on the design download it. There are over 1500 designs available for free download to non-members
If you're an Ann's Club member, search and download to your heart's content!

ATG Support is looking into this to see if there is another reason this file cannot be opened.
