Hello everyone,

I have run into this problem and would like
to know if anyone else has a solution/tip or trick to help with it.
You know about the square tissue box covers as well as making a box for
other things.  Then there are the in the hoop bowls where you embroider
6 sides.  All these projects have to be sewn together at the end.  My
problem is this.  When you are at the junction or the end where you
must be able to sew the sides to the bottom, how do you do this and not
get a mess.  I have found it is difficult and you cannot even attempt to make the fabric flat to ensure sewing to the center of the seem. I tried to find a for instance in the pictures on this site but am not able to locate anything that would describe the project.  However imagine a square box with the top flap or bottom gone.  Now tell me how to sew down into the corners.  Ive had a heck of a time with this.  Thanks in advance if anyone can give me a clue.  Candy B

Fabric Tac works really good for something like this.  Puriests may fuss but Fabric Tac holds very good, dries clear, is plyable even after drying and is just as handy as a pocket on a shirt!  Big Smile

Thanks for the suggestions.  Ive been dealing with this little monkey for a while and I know other people have been successful at sewing them together but Not I.  I will definately use the methods suggested.  Im one of those people who when faced with a problem will continue until I find some sort of a solution.  Thanks much for the info.  Candy
