The designs I bought do not download - Product Questions

Rank: Newbie Reputation:		I bought some designs and when I download they are empty, how do I get them? I have not had problems with you before?

Rank: Advanced Member Reputation:		Hi, We are sorry to hear you are experiencing problems downloading your design files. To download your order, sign in to the website and go to your account menu. Click downloads and you should see the designs ready for download on the right side. Select your file format from the drop down menu and click download. After you save the file to your computer, extract the file to a folder. You should now be able to use your design file(s).
