I purchased and downloaded a PES design from OESD. I checked to make the design was on my USB drive which it is. When I plug the USB into my machine and click on the USB icon, the machine has a blank screen. The machine isn't seeing the file. I'm going to try a new USB to see if that fixes it but I thought I would post the question here to see if anyone has had this issue before. Thanks!

Contact OESD and let them know your machine cannot read the design. Something is wrong with the way the file was formatted on their end.
