Catalog Xpress and Alphabet Express

I purchased a copy of Catalog Xpress from you in January 2008 and Alphabet Express in 2011.
I have had a big crash out on my computer and lost everything I had. I have tried to reinstall Catalog Express from my purchase list but it is saying it is only a 30 day trial copy and the same with Alphabet Express. Do I need to purchase these again or is there a way I can download them without having to re-buy them.
The serial number for the Catalog Express is xxxxxxxxxxxxx.
