help!!! Design is stitching poorly!

I am using a design on my 6 needed babylock. I have stitched this logo 25 times previously with no problems. I am using the exact same t-shirt, stabilizer combo, and brand of thread. The only thing that I had to change was the bobbin. I have been using plastic sided bobbins and I ran out and threw the proper size bobbin but it was paper sided. Is it possibe that this bobbin is causing the problem? BTW...I have a brand new set of needles in as well.

Try switching back to the plastic sided bobbins as that appears to be the only product change made.
