I am trying to enter designs into the catalog. The designs are changing to funny colors. How can I correct this?

Thread codes do not always translate with many software products as well as with the embroidery machine.
You can edit the file and change colors. This may not translate when the EM opens the design.
This is a conundrum that continues to try our (machine embroiderers) patience.
