Has anyone had a problem with the "unzipping" feature of this program? After I've inserted files from a zip file I can view them but not retrieve them.

I am just now learning to use this product.
My downloads go to my document file. From there, I can click on the design and then choose "open with".
My pc's operating system lets me choose which program I want to use to open the file. This is where I choose CatX.
