I'm new to AnnTheGran and was given a two free month trial of membership. I added Embrilliance Essenials download to cart and added the Embrillance Thumbnail program that was advertised for 9.95 with purchase of Essentials, both showed up as full membership price. When I also added two embroidary kits that were advertised at buy 1 get 1 free, both also showed up at full price. Am I doing something wrong? I didn't want to put in my billing information until I knew the correct price of the items. I have already sent an email to customer service Friday morning but haven't heard back. Is anyone else having the same issue?

According to your profile you just joined on Friday. Perhaps your membership has not been confirmed due to the time line.
