Can your designs be loaded to a Mac computer? Also, do you carry a stabilizer similar to heat and shrink but at a more reasonable price?

You can load, but need a machine embroidery software program if you want to view, edit, or convert the format.
99% of machine embroidery software requires a Windows operating system. You may be able to install a program on your computer that will read Windows.
Or, purchase software, such as Embrilliance and Embrilliance Thumbnailer (catalog program), which will work with Windows or mac. http://www.annthegran.co...arch.aspx?q=embrilliance
I am not familiar with heat and shrink stabilizer. However, you can browse SHOP to see what is available.

Ask your computer techie guy to install a Windows partition on your Mac. Although you won't be able to get support from your embroidery software company, you will be able to use the software this way.
