I am new to this site and right now am very upset.    I was wooed in to buy a quick font selection, 2 line.  It says it will be available to download immediately.  

 

OK, I paid, and then I have an order history and no download. Anywhere!!!   I am looking in downloads, my order invoice, the order number is not hot to download the text.     And, to top it off, emails are in vain.  Nobody, I mean Nobody, even acknowledges they received it and are working on it.   Also, I called and it gives you a run around. 

 

Will I buy again........based on this, no.    Fortunately I purchased through PayPal, and I will contact them to get my download if necessary or to refund my money.    I am really not happy that one has to go through so much "no information"  to purchase an item.     At least they could have responded to my email.   Then you can go and do what you need to do and come back when the order is ready.  I don't understand. 

 

What am I doing wrong?   I feel like a simple download should not cause so much stress.    BTW, I sell online and I always acknowledge my customers orders even though I don't need to as the system is set up to provide a response.  I want them to have a human to realize I care about their order and am going to process and work on it. Now, I am a much smaller scale than here I am sure, but at least they should acknowledge my support question.   

 

First I could accidently hovered over my item twice and it put two in my cart and.............there is no way to edit the quantity.  Sent support email and poof it deleted it.   No response, so I assume they deleted the cart.    I actually figured out that it emptied my cart if I closed the browser, which I did and came back in and it worked.   But you should not have to do that either. 

 

Not a great first experience I must say.

When you placed your order this morning, you should have received an email with subject line: Customer Order Confirmation‏, this has your order details.

I see you have also sent an email to the support inbox this morning. l am looking into this and will email you as soon as I have checked into your download.
