As a Christmas gift, many years ago, my grandmother handmade a quilt for me.  Each doll was made from fabric from my clothing as a child and I would like to do the same thing for my girls.  I’m not sure of the specific name of the pattern and will attach a picture for clarification.  I am trying to find an “in the hoop” design or appliqué  for this pattern.  Does anyone know where I can find one or someone that can design this for me?

The pattern is Sunbonnet Sue and I think there may already be an in-the-hoop appliqué for it.

Hello.

Design is Sunbonnet Sue as mentioned above.  Designs by JuJu has applique Sunbonnet Sue; however in Alphabet form.  If you quilt, Eleanor Burns has a book, "Sunbonnet Sue Visits Quilt in a Day".  Lastly, Etsy has an applique Sunbonnet Sue which would be no problem affixing the fabric.  Etsy design shows an outline but definitely made for fabric.  Good Luck

Joan
