Pattiann is right, this is exactly what the problem is. You can test it by changing the size of your hoop (that won't help you with taking it to your machine, it still won't work) and requesting those designs. If the photo shows up, that is what the problem is. Check into the Download Designs...

Depending on which Blog you wanted, Ann's "Does Size Matter" does have a link for printing that Blog. It is at the end of the blog itself. This is new and I know ATG will be doing that a lot more in the future. Otherwise, check my instructions for printing any article anywhere on the Internet...
