Hello, The free designs can only be downloaded individually. If you are downloading a design pack you purchased, then the pack is available as a single download. Thank you AnntheGran support

Hello Patricia, The file you want to open is in PES file format. The text file contains information pertaining to the design such as color and size information. If your software does not support PES you can use Catalog Xpress to convert the file format. Thank you AnntheGran Support

Is it possible to do multiple downloads at one time? I'm wanting to download several flower designs and it would be nice to just select them all and then download them all at one time. Thanks.

Hello, In order to download free designs you are required to login with a username and a password. If you are having problems logging in please go to: http://www.annthegran.com/cs/forums/t/136.aspx If you are able to login you look for the line ' Click Here to download your free design(s)' ....
