I ordered two baby patterns ,and when i downloaded them they shut vikant down ,   bad file,

, this is the first time I have ever had any trouble  downloading any thing from your site

 I have always been pleased downloading, and very pleased with the patterns, i have been coming to your site 4or 5 years

i know things like this happen ,  and i am glad your staff got right on the problem ,thank you so much ,

it is nice to know i can count on all of you ..
