I bought a Snap <Hoop at the end of September and request shipment to Boston. It is delivered October 2, 2012 but was never received. I called many times your phone number but I have not received a response. I'm sorry because this inability to solve the problems will not make me buy more 'anything from you.

Sorry you are having an issue. However, this is an open discussion forum for members of ATG and we can only offer suggestions.
Not sure I understand your message. It was delivered, or was to be delivered 10/2/12? Did you receive a tracking number?
You may want to try sending a message to ATG customer service by clicking on CONTACT at the bottom right of any screen on the ATG site.
