Do I need to purchage a embroidery program to make the stitch width of a pattern wider.. seems all the patterns I have downloaded and purchased have a narrow width .  I would like to them to stand out better.

I hope this question makes sense, if I need to buy a program  I am open to suggestions,  I have a Brother PE770 machine.

Thank  in advance for help

Stitches looks something like this ---- (straight or curved) or this /\/\/\.  They can be stretched out or condensed with editing software that shows stitch points

You can make the entire design a bit larger with the editing feature on the embroidery machine for enlarging or reducing the design that has been selected.  See page 61 of you manual for the PE770.
