How can I convert a design to a .PES format?

Downloaded design files are zipped for faster download time. The file has to be unzipped/opened/extracted depending on the wording used by your computer's operating system.
Once unzipped/opened/extracted, you may find the design file is already in the pes format, or there will be several format options.
