I have been using AnntheGran for many years. Now I am having problems opening downloaded files. Can't understand what has changed? I can open the design in the 5D Embroidery program, but cannot open from AnntheGran like I used to. My old AnntheGran files still open, only the newest ones do not.

Give me information for at least one of the designs you are having an issue with so it can be checked out.

You will have to do your own search. Either at Shop or Download Designs.

I'm having the same problem. I've been using this website for 11 years and have never had a problem. I'm even having the problem on 2 design packages that I purchased. One was a package that has 20 pet designs. They unzipped as PES files but I can't open them. The other is a CD and I can't open the designs on it. It's over $100 worth of designs we haven't been able to resolve for several months.
Can you open the goodies for the month?
