I recently changed machines to a Janome MC12000SE. I haven't done any embroidery for some time and now can't move designs to my machine by way of Customizer and USB cord

Are the design files unzipped? Are they in the correct format for your new EM?

You will need to refer to your instruction manual for the software you are using or contact your local Janome dealer for assistance.
