hi!
this is my first time on the forum...such a good tool!
so, i got my brother pe 770 in the mail tonight and just couldn't wait to open it! i opened it, opened the manual and followed through with how to thread the upper needle. i got to where it tells me to pull the side lever (labeled #9) and when i did, a few little pieces popped out! i'm holding them in my hand! does this sound like a problem i that a dealer will have to fix, or something i might can put back together?

That is one tough question. I would call the place where you are getting service for your machine and discuss it with them.
Pieces should not be rattling around inside of a machine regardless of what machine it is!
