Someone please help me I am having problems downloading all designs. I have tried all the prompts and fixes but nothing seems to help. Please someone help.

You select a design and then what happens?
Please provide an example.

after signing in and agreeing to the statement I click on the prompt to download and select a design. Window pops up and says: compressed zipped) folder. asks how do you want to open this file
OPTIONS are 1) open using windows explorer 2) flash Got 3) Download them all 4) Save file
I have tried them all and get the same thing a window pops up saying Adobe Reader can't open because its not a supported file. HELP ME PLEASE.

Create a folder on your hard drive.
Select file (design) and save to the folder.
To open the file, highlight (mouse over) and a Windows mini screen will come up.
Select extract or open.

Connie,
I joined the" Ann the gran club" recently and I haven't been able to get to the free download patterns or anything else usefull.
I've called their toll free help number and I just keep getting the run around.
I'm begining to think that I might have made a mistake in joining?
If you have any suggestions I'd enjoy hearing them.

You can join this site and download any of the designs at Download Designs that have a download icon.
You can join Ann's Club (membership fee required) and download all the designs at Download Designs as well as receive free designs each month and discounts on merchandise.
Sadly, sometimes explanations only sound like a run around when you do not fully understand what you are doing.
