First of all let me say I got my PE 770 for Christmas so this is new to me. The pre-installed letters have adisplay panel & lets you see before you actually embroider. I purchased & unzipped a 3 letter monogram. I put the USB into the machine but cannot figure out how to select & show the 3 initials to monogram. Am I doing something wrong?

On the LCD screen, there should be an icon for the usb stick and one for the usb cable connect.
Refer to your manual if you are using the cable for proper hook-up and downloading.
Then, click on the one you need to access.
