can anyone give me any suggestions i am having bobbin problems the upper thread will not pick up the bobbin thread and send through the throat plate i have cleaned and brushed everything nothing in the bobbin case it will pick up the bobbin thread but will not send through the throat place the bobbin thread and the upper thread gets caught and will not go through the throat plate i have taken everything out and put back again several times and nothing works.

Perhaps you have picked up the wrong bobbin size!!

If the bobbin is too short, you can place a nickel - yes, the coin - in the bobbin case before you insert your bobbin. Try this and make sure not to do too many stitches. If I am wrong, and your bobbin is correct, then it is a different problem.
Use a good ruler to determine your bobbin size and check the diagram. You should be able to see the difference.
