This jacket - http://digital.dzgns.com/Vol60/start.htm appears to include custom made fabric. Click on Digital Magazine and go to page 22 - 24.
You can duplicate the fabric by using fabric that has been treated for photo transfer.
The designs are clip art that has been printed onto the treated fabric.
I found this receipe for the product needed to treat the fabric, so you need not order chemicals. http://www.craftster.org...index.php?topic=129537.0
