Just bought the 700II and I'm brand new to machine embroidering. I have figured out the basics, so I thought I would try and download a free design before I bought any. I finally got a design from the Brother website to show up on the embroidery machine screen, but I cannot save it. If I turn Em. machine off, it is gone. What am I doing wrong?

Sue,
Once you download it and see it on your screen, you need to select it by touching it. Then you can save it by touching the pocket icon with the down arrow.
