Several weeeks I registered and paid the registration fee for a year. I have sent several e-mails, to which I have had no response,
regarding not having access to free designs. I would like to have my year's registration fee refunded OR having my registration effective
when and if the matter is resolved.

I will attempt to help you. Support at ATG is normally very good, I am not sure why you are having problems.
Would you check to see that you are 'signed in?' That means that you have to see your identification in the upper right corner of the screen. If you are not signed in, you cannot get the designs. Sometimes it is just that simple.
Check that and let us know if that works. If it does not work, be sure to make a note of exactly what the error message might be on the screen and tell us that information.
