Can anyone tell me what format the Brother PE-700II has?

It uses .pes and .dst. The information concerning this can be found on page 2 of the Instruction Manual USB Connections.

You can go to www.Brother.com and see the machine, specs, etc and also look at its instruction manual to see what it will do.
