I just downloaded the PES file and I am unable to upload it to my machine. I have never had this problem before with other downloads.

jpitre-I have this issue once in a while too.  I usually delete the file and redownload it, sometimes that works. 

You don't mention your machine type, but I will assume it is PES compatible.  Occasionally, you might have downloaded a larger design than your software/machine can use.  For instance, you might have a 5" by 7" hoops, but accidently downloaded a design that was 7" by 10".  That has happened to me.  Or the software was accidently switched to 4" by 4" and you downloaded a larger size. 

If the design is in a 'folder,' the machine cannot (to my knowledge) read the design.

Many things can happen.  If you give more specifics, including error messages, perhaps one of us can help.

Yes, you do need to unzip the file first.  The computer in your machine cannot do that function.

Have you unzipped/extracted files before.  If you know the proceedure and the file still will not unzip, download a second time and try again. 

If the problem continues, please provide the name and location of the file for testing.
