In the past, I haven't always had a lot of luck with other company's customer service. Many times it was because the person I was dealing with really did not know their product, or there was a communication barrier. Sometimes I never even received a reply.
Thankfully, this was not the case with ATG! I can honestly say I have had the BEST experience with the ATG customer support! Within a VERY SHORT period of time (hours?), I had a reply to my inquiry, and in less than one day, the problem was completely resolved. I am happy, sewing, and very glad I am part of Ann's Club!
