New to this machine. owned it for 3 week. Have done easy tee shirts . I am now geting( the Safety device has been activated.Change the needle , clean out bobbin holder. What else can I do. Please help. Love the machine.

Refer to the maintenance section for removing the bobbin case (bobbin holder) and cleaning the area surrounding the shuttle.
Be sure to use the correct weight machine embroidery bobbin thread and have the thread feeding in the proper direction and through the guides on the side of the bobbin case.
