Hi everyone!
I am new to annthegran and also to machine embroidering, i have just Brought a Husqvana Topaz 20, which im loving!
I am trying to get some of your free embroidery designs off your site, and while i can download them i cant unzip them. when i click on exactract to it says:
"can not open file: it does not appear to be a valid archive. if you downloaded this file, try downloading again."
I have re downloaded the files a few times and it is still the same! i am trying to download some cat, rose and butterfly designs.
i have been anle to download and unzip files from other sites but not yours (i really want the cats with wings on your freebie page)
PLEASE HELP!

I checked the design by Francine Terrier as well as a couple others and had the same problem.. will ask ATG Support to check this.
