i am trying to download a free design but when i click on it it does not download any suggestions it is in the general and is called in the hoop heart finger tip mitt

I found mittens with heats floating above and below the design; no contributor name. There isn't a download icon  next to this design which indicates only current members of Ann's Club http://www.annthegran.com/AnnsClub.aspx can download. Only designs with the icon can be downloaded by everyone.
If you are a current member of Ann's Club and cannot download, please contact customer service for assistance in activating your account.
