I cannot tell from the numbers which design you downloaded.  But I can tell you that the .zip extension indicates that the file has not been extracted from the zipped file.

Highlight the design file and a mini screen should come up on your screen.  Select open or extract to open the file.  This option may also appear in the tool bar of the main screen.

Downloads are compressed/zipped for faster download time and cannot be read until they are opened/extracted.
