Last nite while working on a fair size piece I ran out of a thread color. Couldn't leave the machine on all nite. Now it wants to start it all over. Is there a way to advance to the section where the thread ran out? Really don't want to have to start it all over. Would have to throw this one out (a napkin, part of a set for my mother).

Refer to your manual - I believe this would be page 65 as to what to do when you run out of thread.

The instruction for needle forward/back ( + or -) is what you need to review.

Advance to the approximate location; a few stitches before the stop.  Overlapping a few stitches will not affect the design.

If you wish, you can add a drop of Fray Check to the back of the napkin at the overlap.

Should you need to stop after starting a design, make a note of the stitch count and this will help you relocate your starting point.
